DISCRETION INTEGRITY RESULTS

The Head of the Investigation Department is responsible for organizing and supervising professional investigative activities within EBSA. This includes managing licensed private investigations such as surveillance, background checks, and intelligence gathering, in accordance with national and international laws.

The department works with certified investigators across Europe and ensures that all operations are conducted ethically, lawfully, and with full respect for confidentiality. The Head of Department also advises clients and partners on investigative strategy and supports EBSA's commitment to high professional standards.

LEADERSHIP COORDINATION STRONGER TOGETHER

The Executive Director of EBSA is responsible for the overall coordination and daily operations of the organization. Acting on behalf of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director ensures the effective implementation of EBSA's mission and strategic goals.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily activities and internal operations of EBSA
  • Represent the organization in international and professional circles
  • Maintain active communication with members and partners
  • Promote the values and objectives of EBSA across the security industry
  • Coordinate events, projects, and initiatives approved by the Board
  • Ensure compliance with the organization's statutes and regulations

The Executive Director operates under the guidance of the Board of Directors and works closely with other appointed officers of the Alliance.
